Shake Shack gets in the Halloween spirit

POSTED: Wednesday, October 24, 2012, 2:27 PM

Leave it to Shake Shack (2000 Sansom St.) to come up with some interesting twists on the pumpkin everything theme for their new Halloween Specials, which will be available in the shop from Fri., Oct. 26 to Wed., Oct. 31.

The Halloweenie dresses their hot dog with pumpkin mustard, bacon, cranberries, and sage (wait a second... this is starting to sound more like Thanksgiving). And not being ones to leave well enough alone with the expected pumpkin shake, they're also breaking out the Shack O' Lantern. That's a pumpkin-spiced marshmallow shake, because everyone knows that Halloween is way more about candy than pumpkins, anyway.
