Sunday supper at The Mildred
Chef Michael Santoro is introducing a $38 Sunday prix fixe
Sunday supper at The Mildred
This weekend chef Michael Santoro of The Mildred (824 S. 8th St.) is introducing a three course $38 prix fixe Sunday menu. The menu is going to change regularly but will be typical of Santoro's refined yet a little bit rustic fare. Here's a look at what Santoro has up his sleeve for this wintry Sunday:
Ragout of duck with housemade gnocchi sardi and winter vegetables
Casserole of tortellini with roasted sunchokes, broccoli rabe and pickled date
Oven roasted quail with braised lentils and beetroot
