Tequila Club take 2!

Here at Meal Ticket education is a priority and we're always looking to expand our horizons, especially when those horizons are booze-related. On that note we're pleased to inform you that Cantina Los Caballitos (1601 E. Passyunk Ave.) is hosting its second meeting of the Tequila Club on Tuesday, February 26 at 7 p.m.

Tequila Club is a place for the agave curious to come together and learn the finer points of blancos, reposados and anejos with Cantina beverage manager Leah Martino. Having attended the inaugural meeting, we can attest that the $35 is sweet deal for a tasting flight of tequilas paired with some pretty serious small plates (think shrimp ceviche, chorizo croquettes and mocha flan).

The theme of the second meeting is Highlands and Lowlands featuring several blancos from different regions of Jalisco. Seating is limited to reserve your spot here or call 215-755-3550.
