Vetri's Adam Leonti makes Forbes 30 under 30

POSTED: Monday, December 17, 2012, 4:13 PM

A big round of applause for Adam Leonti, Vetri chef de cuisine for making Forbes magazine's 30 under 30 Food & Wine list. He's been with the Vetri Family since the tender age of 24 and earned the title of CDC in February of 2011. Leonti is in good company on the list with the likes of Eataly wine director Dan Amatuzzi, Eater wine editor Talia Baiocchi and Village Voice restaurant critic Tejal Rao.
