Whole Foods Plymouth Meeting Has An Idea

POSTED: Friday, August 31, 2012, 1:16 PM

If you’re staring down a holiday weekend full of bumming around at home, it might be a good idea to come up with some supremely weird things to fill the time and distract you from the fact that you’re not at the beach. Something like, oh, I don’t know—a yoga happy hour on the roof of a grocery store? That would probably do the trick.

Hey, guess what Whole Foods Plymouth Meeting (500 W. Germantown Pk.) has going on tonight. Rooftop yoga starts at 6 p.m., and all you need to bring is your mat and a $20 donation to the Whole Kids Foundation (cash or check only). Follow up your savasana with $1.99 canned beer specials and 3-for-$5 tacos from the store’s rooftop taco cart. There will also be free samples of Vita Coco on hand to rehydrate in between working out and drinking. Well, sounds like a solid enough plan, we guess!
