Mounir Draissi of Argan (132 S 17th St.) recently rolled out full-on dinner at his BYO Moroccan spot near Rittenhouse. Available Tuesday to Sunday from 5 t0 10, the menu features staples like harira (a vegetarian stew), kebabs with saffron rice, bastilla cigars (here stuffed with seafood instead of ground meat), grilled halloumi, a tagine (lamb shank!) and couscous served vegetarian or with chicken or lamb.

Full dinner menu after the jump.
