Adam Erace of Green Aisle Grocery (1618 E. Passyunk Ave.) tells Meal Ticket he's struck up a partnership with Bobby Logue, owner of Bodhi Coffee (410 S. Second St.), to implement a sort of pop-up Green Aisle inside the Headhouse coffee shop. Logue is in the process of building and installing a display unit that'll sit in the rear of Bodhi; the shelves will be stocked with an array of gourmet items supplied by Green Aisle, such as Pub & Kitchen barbecue sauce, Baker E jams, Mast Brothers chocolates, Brooklyn Brine pickles, Fond meringues and more. "We feel that Bodhi and Green Aisle have similar philosophies, and we're compatible," says Erace of the partnership. The project should be up and running withina a month.
