Cantina Feliz, the Fort Washington restaurant from former Distrito chef de cuisine Tim Spinner and former Distrito bev manager Brian Sirhal (424 S. Bethlehem Pike), is aiming to open in early 2011. Get a quickie preview of some of Spinner's menu items after the jump. Creekstone Farms NY strip with chipotle marrow and parsley chimichurri?! Sounds crazy good.
