Falafel Factory up for mid-January opening

The restaurant will feature both baked and fried falafel balls, done up in a variety of preparations, including the "California" (cream cheese, avocado spread, bell peppers, cukes, tomatoes, sprouts) and the "Caesar" (romaine, Caesar dressing, romano cheese). Sides include veggie dip, hummus dip and fries.

"The greenest thing anyone can do is to choose certain foods," he says.
