Fathom moving forward

Chef Mike Stollenwerk's Fathom Seafood House (200 E. Girard Ave.), which we started discussing back in June, has been held up with the typical paperwork snags, but we're told that the fish/Little Fish owner's zoning hearing yesterday was successful, and that he's targeting Feb.7 (the Monday after the Super Bowl) for a debut date. Will keep you posted; in the meantime, check out the sample menus for the joint that we posted back in November. Fathom Seafood Bar to open in Fishtown Posted 2011-01-20 16:09:55
