Friday: Pils Picnic at Johnny Brenda's

This Friday, Sept. 3, Johnny Brenda's (1201 N. Frankford Ave.) continues in its tradition of solid booze events with fly flyers with its second annual Pils Picnic. For the fest, which will be pay as you go, the bar/restaurant/venue will stock a multitude of locally brewed pilsners (lineup after the jump) and serve a menu of traditional red-checkered-blanket fare - think fried chicken, deviled eggs, house-fried potato chips, ham salad on biscuits and watermelon salad.
