Last week, we told you about Tim McGinnis's new perch at Passyunk's Plenty. This week, we've got the eat-in and ready-to-go menu he'll serve when the cafe opens in early February. Peep 'em after the jump.

Charcuterie (Deli)

Tasso ham, herbes de provence, cayenne

Mesquite smoked brisket, Texas dry rub

Whiskey chicken, mesquite smoke, Jack reduction

Fennel cured Gravlax, dill

Turkey leg confit, cloves

Are they going to serve local drafts like Reinkitty Lager or Kartcraft Ale? Or will it be a byob?

Just tried it today. Really good! Great food, great space, friendly owners. They also have Grab 'n Go prepared dinners for weeknights. East Passyunk 'hood keeps getting better and better.
