Just a friendly reminder for all lovers of encased meats, tomorrow night Philadelphia hot dog royalty Hawk Krall and Keith Garabedian are hosting a night of hot dog madness at Cook. Let's see if Hawk can't fill those last four seats. Take it away, Hawk:
"We're in the test kitchen at Hot Diggity today, perfecting the five courses of regional dogs for tomorrow night's class at Audrey Claire's Cook.
This is our mini version of a New Jersey Italian Hot Dog, made with a deep fried Best Provisions brand all beef dog, mustard, slow cooked onions and peppers, and a pile of deep fried potato medallions all stuffed into North Jersey Pizza Bread (think giant donut-shaped Amaroso roll cut into quarters). Also on the menu are Winter's Sausage Coneys just in from Detroit - the same brand served at the legendary Lafayette Coney Island. Only 4 seats left!"
