Samuelsson will prepare dishes from his forthcoming The New American Table, which comes out in October.
Pre-sale tix for the event, which is a fundraiser for the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce of Philadelphia, cost $65 a head or $120 a pair for I-House/SACC members; they'll go on sale tomorrow. GA tix will go for $80 and $150 and will go on sale Tuesday, Sept. 1.
