Aug. 15 saw the grand opening of Soul of Jamaica, a DelCo offshoot of the Jamaican Jerk Hut (36 E. Baltimore Ave., Lansdowne, 610-622-2882). They're doing pretty much everything they do at the original on South Street dinner platters (jerk chicken, jerk snapper, mango chicken, etc.); curry shrimp and goat; rotis (flatbread stuffed with mashed chickpeas and curried meat); stews; vegetarian options and more. Full menu after the jump. Hours: Mon.-Thu., 11 a.m.-10 p.m.; Fri.-Sat., 11 a.m.-11 p.m.; Sun., noon-10 p.m.
