Looks like a location of Jim's Soft Pretzels is coming to the corner of Fourth and South, just down the block from the in-the-works Tastee D's ï¿½ and right across the street from Jim's Steaks. There is an It's Always Sunny episode in there somewhere.

Jim's has three shops in Philly.

i hope that he can sell enough pretzels to pay rick the rent good luck i gice them six months then another for rent thingy for south st,

They're finally open! I stopped in on Saturday and had some fresh hot pretzels with the cinnamon dip! Very tasty! Best philly style pretzel I've had yet, will visit again soon! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with the menu. They had more items on there than I expected. Next time I'll try the pretzel bun with icing, looked really good.
