July 28: All-star snout-to-tail swine bonanza at Mm

Meal Ticket has caught wind of a tremendous-sounding dinner scheduled for July 28 at Mm (2201 Spruce St., 215-735-4900, memerestaurant.com). On that night (the restaurant's closed on Tuesdays), a gaggle of chefs will join forces to create a five-course, strictly-pork menu including dessert. Which chefs? David Katz of Mm, of course; and Pierre Calmels (Bibou), Jonathan McDonald (Pub & Kitchen), Steven Cameron (Noble), Michael Solomonov (Zahav) and Peter Woolsey (Bistrot La Minette). We'll have all the details when tix will become available, how much they'll cost, etc. very soon.
I try to use the stock image above as much as possible, but it's never felt so right.
But that's not all Meal Ticket has also managed to snag some exclusive undercover footage of this fearsome team throwing down in a practice round. Check it out after the jump.
I feel like I've seen that image before...
