Monday, June 28 will see the high-proof stars align at Oyster House (1516 Sansom St.) for one night only — seven of Philly's favorite cocktail makers will hop behind the bar to whip up a slew of signature drinks, all of which will be priced at a dangerously reasonable $8. Oyster House barkeeps Katie Loeb and Andy DeGiulio, who recently walked us through their list, will host Preston Eckman (formerly of APO, now of the forthcoming Adsum, and a Malort Challenge victim); Phoebe Esmon (Chick's CafÃ©); Al Sotack of The Franklin (also a Malort Challenge victim); Christian Gaal of Noble (make that three); and George Costa of Southwark. They're not releasing info on their drink plans just yet, but keep an eye on Oyster House's Twitter page (@PHLoysterhouse) for further details.
