Earlier this week, Erin Finnerty swung by Philly's first Le Pain Quotidien location (1423-25 Walnut St.) and snapped some photos of the café/bakery, which opened this past Wednesday. LPQ, which offers baked-fresh goodies in a million and one ways, plus boulangerie options aplenty (think lighter fare, like salads, soups, tartines, etc.), serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily; here is their everyday menu and their specials menu (PDFs). Hours: Mon.-Thu., 7 a.m.-9 p.m.; Fri., 7 a.m.-10 p.m.; Sat., 8 a.m.-10 p.m.; Sun., 8 a.m.-8 p.m. More photos, including a look of LPQ's signature communal table seating, after the jump.
