After the jump, take a peek at the working menu for Q Barbecue & Tequila, the meaty concept that Kevin Meeker and his wife Janet (along with partner Tom Stewart) are opening in their long-running Philadelphia Fish & Co. space (207 Chestnut St.) next Monday, April 13.

I've had some of this sloooooow cooked food. I'll let you in on a little secret..... Try it out before everyone finds out about it. The atmosphere and food will fill your body and mind with warmth and comfort. This place is gonna shake up the resturant cuisine in Philly!
