Officially launching tomorrow, Granite Hill is the name Starr Restaurant Organization has affixed to the Philadelphia Museum of Art's main restaurant space. (We broke down all the details on SRO's takeover of the Art Museum's eats last month.) Priced up to $26 (for a filet/frites plate), the Euro bistro-style menu features starters, "big" salads (Elaine will be so excited!), sandwiches ("Le" Hot Dog!) and a handful of entrées (chicken schnitzel, broiled salmon, etc.) Full menu after the jump. Right now, Granite Hill is open for lunch Tuesday to Sunday from noon to 2:30; starting on Sept. 10, they'll serve dinner on Fridays from 5 to 7:30 to accommodate the Art After 5 crowds. Sunday brunch hours will launch in October.

A chicken bouidn blanc is not a hot dog, un hot dog or le hot dog, even if served on le brioche.
