Fond's Tory Keomanivong, Lee Styer and Jessie Prawlucki

Fresh tans aren't the only souvenirs Lee Styer and Jessie Prawlucki have brought back from their week's vacation in Puerto Rico. The couple returned with a new winter menu for their BYOB, Fond (1617 E. Passyunk), too. âWe sat on the beach with our notebooks, thinking out dishes,â says Prawlucki. When your envy subsides, check out the new line-up, which premiered last night, after the jump.

Beet and Fennel Cured Arctic Char - celery salad, trout roe, caraway - 12

Seared Foie Gras - tonka bean ricotta, baked apples, flaky pie crust - 16
