The new incarnation of the White Dog Foundation's Fair Food Farmstand is up and running in Reading Terminal Market as of yesterday. The stand moved from its much-smaller original location to take over the area vacated by Rick's Steaks that means loads more space for sustainably grown produce, locally sourced meat and dairy, specialty items and so forth, plus a lunch counter that'll be rolled out in the coming months. (Check out their current product list here.)

Right now they're operating every day except Monday (Tuesday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.), but they'll start their daily hours in the first week of October.
