Meal Ticket's Erin Szrankowski dropped by the I-House last week to check out a presentation and cooking demo from� chef Marcus Samuelsson. The Aquavit chef prepared dishes from his forthcoming The New American Table, including salmon ceviche with soy jelly and chorizo meatballs.
That Marcus sure is a skinny little thing....quite the opposite of Mario Batali...I wonder if he actually eats any of the food he makes? Looks like it was a great event and wish I could have made it...oh well, I will have to visit him at Aquavit the next time I'm in NYC! Great Pics Erin!!!
