Get it.

Every Wednesday, Meal Ticket pokes around the food blog world to see what's simmering.

- Grub Street Philadelphia has a sneak peek at the menu for the upcoming GHo tappie Resurrection Ale House. Owners Leigh Maida and Brendan Hartranft plan on offering a "lambic-centric" bottle list to complement watermelon rind pickles and twice-fried chicken.

- Django was the toast of the town while Aimee Olexy and Bryan Sikora were at the wheel; Talula's Table is officially one of the nation's toughest reservations. So why can't two of our most talented restaurateurs get a loan to enlarge their fine-dining dreams? The Insider attempts to explain.

- Outdoor dining in this weather? Ugh, I can sweat at home with a 75 cent sandwich. That is, until The Illadelph provided good reason to climb off the stoop: the cooling awning misters at Twenty Manning. Sheer genius from Audrey Claire.

- The Phoodie.info Fishtown HQ is getting deluged with takeout menu fliers. If you're sick of the soggy menu-tumbleweeds polluting your 'hood, follow commenter Mike's lead and download the form for an official City of Philadelphia Circular-Free Property sticker.

- Score one more for The Insider, who never sleeps on a menu sneak peek. Mike Klein's got the menu for the imminent Tiffin etc.; we personally cannot wait for kati rolls and paratha.
