--Fast-casual chain Applebee's finds Philadelphia's signature flava so enviable they added a burger to their menu inspired by us, writes The Illadelph for Grub Street. As a native, we find the peppers, onions and cheese sauce added to sass up their factory-farmed meat totally predictable; they should instead substitute Butterscotch Krimpets for the hoagie roll and serve with a side of working-class hostility.
