Photographer Julia Koprak was lucky enough to land a seat July 20's Mémé Pig Dinner, which featured chefs Pierre Calmels of Bibou, Michael Solomonov of Zahav, Peter Woolsey of Bistrot La Minette, Jennifer Carroll and Monica Glass of 10 Arts and Terence Feury of Fork joining David Katz behind the line to crank out some porcine gems.
