Summer selections at The Franklin

In case you missed it within yesterday's Notes from the Weekend — The Franklin Mortgage & Investment Co. (112 S. 18th St.) has just rolled out a new summer cocktail list, a complete overhaul from the spring menu they released in March. Here's the brand-new list for you, downloadable in PDF format. Each section has been overhauled, even the old-school "Required Reading, which now features standbys like the classic daiquiri (Guyana rum, fresh lime and sugar, served up) and the Clover Club (gin, dry vermouth, fresh lemon, homemade raspberry syrup, egg white foam). They've added an "Easy Going" heading — this page features the two breezy drinks we told you about yesterday.
