Liberties Walk mac 'n' cheese bistro Swallow, which owners Jason and Cindy Caminos closed temporarily last month due to the tragic death of their dog, will reopen for business this evening. Starting tomorrow, they'll resume their regular hours: lunch from noon to 2:30 and dinner from 6 to 10 p.m.

UPDATE [1:07 p.m.]: The Insider has note of the restaurant's for-sale status.

I can't swallow the opening time of 6pm for dinner. I like to eat at around 5:30. Early bird specials anyone?

Also, the name swallow has sexual overtones that I'd rather not think about while eating.
