The Quick Fixx opening on South Street

A ways off, but good news for time-strapped Graduate Hospital denizens Matt Levinson, a hospitality/hotel management vet (he opened The Borgata), is working on a low-price, low-stress takeout for 1511 South Street called The Quick Fixx. The concept: Built-to-order salads, pasta dishes and French bread pizzas ("The food that I know I'm always looking for," says Levinson), all prepared fresh in under 10 minutes, and all under $10. It'll be a hub for both takeout and delivery, and Levinson says The Quick Fixx will also feature a DVD rental kiosk. Expect a mid-March or early April opening. Ooh, maybe Tron: Legacy will be out on Blu-Ray by then! UPDATE: Forgot to mention earlier Levinson is hunting for a good exec chef for the Fixx. If you're interested in applying, contact him at mattylevinson@aol.com.
