Time: What did we ever do to you?!

Everything sounds lovely and very winter-appropriate, but there is one item on here that's causing us some concern. No, not the pan-seared snapper. No, not the risotto balls. No, not the OK IT'S THE CHICKEN-FRIED FOIE GRAS YOU PEOPLE ARE INSANE. Time is battering up a lobe of foie and serving it with a poached egg, HOLLANDAISE and country duck gravy. There's also bacon on top of it. How do you live with yourselves?! Also see you in a few, about to eat that.
