Tomorrow: Top Chef All-Stars premiere party at 10 Arts

Check out the premiere of Top Chef All-Stars in style tomorrow, Dec. 1, at 10 Arts (Ritz-Carlton, 10 S. Broad St.). Take in the festivities with 10 Arts chef de cuisine/Top Chef Las Vegas finalist/Top Chef All-Star contestant Jennifer Carroll (above) and 10 Arts culinary director/silver fox Eric Ripert as they meet/greet guests in the restaurant and lounge throughout the evening. In addition to 10 Arts' a la carte menu, guests can choose to experience chef Carrolls $75 five-course tasting menu of her favorite dishes from her first run on Top Chef, including halibut with black pepper bourbon sauce, the first dish she made on the show. As a refresher, guests will be able to watch episodes from Carroll's season on flat-screens throughout the restaurant leading up to the premiere of All-Stars at 10 p.m. Enjoy complimentary tastes of the chef's favorite whiskey cocktail and enter to win the grand prize of the night: a DVD set of Top Chef Las Vegas, a 10 Arts gift certificate and a complimentary overnight stay at the Ritz-Carlton. Ripert will also be signing copies of How to Cook Like a Top Chef, as well as his new book, Avec Eric: A Culinary Journey with Eric Ripert. The party gets under way at 7 p.m.
