Hell of a deal on tap the upstairs bar of West Philly's Marathon Grill (4oth and Walnut): Tonight, and every Friday, from 5 to 7 p.m., they offer the signature Marathon burger (100 percent Angus beef, red leaf lettuce, tomato, and fries or caesar salad), plus a pint of any local beer on draft, for $5. Get on that.
