Get your French on tonight at Snackbar (253 S. 20th St), where DJ Lee Jones of Sundae fame has masterminded a tres bien party. Starting at 4 a.m. Paris time (that's 10 p.m. Philly time, non-Francophiles) enjoy classic cocktails like French 75s, plus "Paris Punch" (you'll have to show up to find out exactly what that is). You can nibble on traditional Snackbar treats, plus French flatbread and escargot. There's no cover for the event, but management suggests you BYOFA (Bring Your Own French Accent).
