Beer geeks take heed: Tonight's High Gravity night at The Sidecar (2201 Christian St.) is serious business. (If you haven't been, the Sidecar crew sets aside one night a month to stock the taps with potent, and often rare, high-gravity brews.) Here's a peek at the lineup for this evening. Must-orders for us will include the Victory/Stone/Dogfish collaboration Saison du Buff, Russian River's Pliny the Elder (but of course) and 10.10.10, a new Belgian strong ale from Stone that's been bottle-conditioned with three types of wine grapes. Rad!
