Can you name the establishment that served this Sunday brunch special of crepes stuffed with mushrooms and cheese, and topped with ramps, escargots and chartreuse butter?
Hint: It was ordered with one of the city's best artisanal cheese plates.
I gotta go with Beau Monde, better known to us as the "StorySlam basement."

Pretty sure Beau Monde doesn't serve their crepes rolled like this.
good guesses, andrew and dan, but this one's a bit of a red herring. You're in the right general neighborhood, but it's not a creperie or even a french restaurant. This establishment is known, among other things, for its selection of rye.
And yes, good eye, Alex. I believe Beau Monde serves its crepes flat, or at least they did last time I was there.
Southwark?
We have a winner. This was the brunch special at Southwark this past weekend. And it was indeed special. Incredibly delicious. The horesradish, olive, Tabasco and Sri Racha-laden bloody mary served up by barkeep Paul also hit the spot.
