Damn, this one is tough. More clues — east of Broad Street, in the Queen Village/Bella Vista vicinity. Great outdoor seating area. Its upstairs is a separate venue that hosts artsy-type events on the reg.

l'etage hosts artsy-type events? only (few) times I've been, it's been a hilarious yuppie dance party. that was years ago, tho.
