I LOVE this place! The noodles with soy sauce (or something like that) are amazing, as are the peanut noodles.

Great spot. The soup with little balls of ground pork is outstanding. And the pig ears are tasty, although the portion is huge -- bring a group if you want to clean the plate and have some room left over for noodle soup.

Man. This is the second time I've actually known the spot and was just too late to answer. This place IS good, big ups to Scooter for recommending it in the first place.

Rory, they're good! Not all that spicy at the end of the day but it's more about the texture for me than anything else. So chewy. They're served atop a little bed of pickled radish, too, which provides some good acid.

I was a big fan of those pig ears. My mother-in law? Not so much.

I must admit that they're kind of beautiful.

I'm glad you think so, Kelly.

That hand-drawn noodle place on Race Street. What's the name again?

Dan P., I will take that! It's Nan Zhou Hand Drawn Noodles at 927 Race. Watching the guys pull the dough in the back is hypnotic. Oh and the noodles are great, too. I did a beef tripe soup, as well. I was in the mood for odd meat yesterday.
