South Philly Tap Room (1509 Mifflin St.) will be open from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. Kitchen open till 1 a.m. Varga Bar (941 Spruce St.) opens at 7 p.m. for food and drink. Devil's Den (1148 S. 11th St.) will be open at 7 p.m. and will be tapping a keg of aged 2009 Southern Tier Pumking and 2010 Pumking. A limited food menu will also be available. The P.O.P.E. (1501 E. Passyunk Ave.) will be open at 6 p.m.; limited food menu, but full-on beer selection (Mad Elf!). 12 Steps Down (831 Christian St.) opens at 7 p.m. The bar at London Grill (2301 Fairmount Ave.) will be serving simultaneously with the restaurant's Thanksgiving buffet feast, from 2 to 7 p.m. Bishop's Collar (2349 Fairmount Ave.) will open around 7 p.m. No food.
