Win tickets to tonight's Brewer Master Class with Casey Hughes of Flying Fish
Photo | Michael Persico Tonight at 7:30 p.m., the Philly Beer School (2008 Fairmount Ave.) welcomes Casey Hughes, head brewer of Cherry Hill's Flying Fish Brewing Co., as part of its brewer master class series. Hughes will talk about his history in the biz, touching on his brewing style and methodology, and will run through the details on some of Flying Fish's most successful beers. Of course, he's not coming from South Jersey empty-handed - he'll be toting plenty of drink for attendees to sip and discuss, including beers from the Fish's celebrated Exit Series.
