The taco is universal, undeniably one food we can all agree upon. Every month, all Drinker's locations — Drinker's Pub (1903 Chestnut St.), Drinker's Tavern (124 Market St.) and Drinker's West (3900 Chestnut St.) — will be debuting a month-appropriate taco innovation, available at a heavily discounted price to all Taco of the Month Club members. Because February is the month of love, Drinker's is featuring the Choco Taco, a sweet treat, resembling an ice cream sundae, complete with raspberry sauce in a chocolate-dipped taco shell. Anticipate a Leprechaun-like taco with green accents for March, and a Phillies themed taco (red shell? we'll see ... ) in April. Want in? Simply "Like" Drinker's Facebook page and it's tacos galore for you. As a club member, you can also score free tacos by posting a photo of your Drinker's taco on your Facebook, Foursquare, Yelp, Twitter or Foodspotting account, or by simply checking in during the web-announced "Tic Toc Taco" time. The powers of the social network and the irresistible taco, now synergized for your drunken eating pleasure.

I couldn't round up any dinner deals for one, but lots of bars are doing singles events. Public House (1801 Arch St., 215-587-9040) is hosting a Love Stinks singles party on Feb. 12th for those who are ready to mingle - entry's free, and they'll be offering some drink specials. There are a bunch of other similar events happening that same Thursday, but this is the only one I found that didn't have a cover charge. Hope this helped!

Paging breathlessly/enviously through the new Williams-Sonoma catalogue (Hong Kong egg waffle iron! Soup cooker/blender!) over the weekend, we came across this dope deal from All-Clad, the metalcrafters whose pots and pans are beloved by chefs from PA—they're manufactured outside Pittsburgh—to Paris. All-Clad's new CookShare program gives customers an incentive to donate, not ditch, their old cookware. Purchasers of any new All-Clad d5 set that donate any old cookware (doesn't have to be AC) to a charity of their choice will receive a complimentary copy of Ad Hoc at Home by Thomas Keller, an All-Clad devotee. You have to spend at least $500 and submit all the proper proofs or purchase and donor receipts, but the deal runs till January 2012. Here's the link to the coupon; we're already saving our pennies.

The first 100 shooters get to keep the barrel-shaped mini-mug. - Take $1 off mimosas and bloody marys at Cantina Dos Segundos (931 N. Fifth St.), which has you covered from 5 to 7 p.m. and 9 to 11 p.m. in the bar/lounge with half-price tots, oysters and other treats, $2 canned beers, $1 shots of Heaven Hill and complimentary cider. - Twenty Manning Grill (261 S. 20th St.) is opening their arms to those lucky enough to get a head start on tonight's commute and opening an hour early at 4pm. Fresh off a write-up in the New York Times, Mike Stollenwerk of fish (1708 Lombard St.) has introduced a new, Sunday-only small plates approach geared at more adventurous eaters. Stollenwerk says that the new menu — it replaces the $28 five-course prix-fixe that started at Little Fish, moved to fish, and is now back at Little Fish 2.0 for a few bucks more — is intended to get his more staid customers into untested (and hopefully delicious) territory eating-wise. Past small plates have included Manila clams with chorizo, lager and parsley ($9); Spanish octopus with braised lamb shank, chickpeas and sunchoke ($10); and fluke crudo with daikon, orange, mint, hazelnut, and soy ($10).

Healthy Bites To Go (2521 Christian St.) covers pretty much all the bases as far as health-conscious food is concerned — they cater, teach cooking classes, offer dietary consultations, do takeout, and starting this month, they're introducing a happy hour. All meals consisting of an entrée and two sides are 10 percent off between Monday and Friday from 3 to 5 p.m. Menus are updated daily on the shop's Facebook page.
