Don't say we didn't warn you: if you find yourself at Art in the Age (116 N. 3rd St.) this Friday, May 3, between 6 and 8 p.m. for the opening of their monthlong sustainability exhibition, you're going to end up drinking free Spodee margaritas.

Of course, you could also check out the Sidework Series at Metropolitan Gallery (250 S. 18th St.) that we told you about herethe Little Baby's Ice Cream trike will be parked outside serving up scoops of the limited edition flavor they concocted for the occasion: sour cherry, sea salt and dark chocolate cookie.

Is there anything more fun than drinking at a museum? No. Well, maybe. Martha Graham Cracker's performing at tomorrow night's First-Friday-edition Art After 5 event at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, so go see if that does it.

Gravy Studio (155 Cecil B. Moore Ave.) is celebrating their 2 year anniversary of mildly disappointing people who are super into actual gravy, and they're making it up to us them with some free Narragansett brews.

And if you're feeling schmancy, there's still time to drop $350 and get in to the Art Alliance's spring fundraising event, Spring at the MansionNick Elmi's doing the food and it's sure to be swank.

(For First Friday coverage that focuses on the actual art, don't forget to check out CP's First Friday Focus, which leads off this week with a pretty incredible Frankenberry woodcut.)

Vice has a collection of seriously beautiful photos by Henry Hargreaves illustrating the edible portion of musicians' riders. Ever wonder what Axl Rose demands backstage? It's a totally unlikely, high-low combo of Wonder Bread and Dom Perignon. Britney Spears' rider asks for a totally bizarre list that includes McDonald's cheeseburgers minus the buns, 100 prunes and figs and a framed photo of (wait for it...) Princess Diana. Busta Rhymes is pretty genius: Guiness, fried chicken and Rough Rider condoms. Click on through to Vice for the full show. We're particularly fond of Frank Sinatra's picks.

South Street dog house Hot Diggity (630 South St.) has a lot going on. First up they're debuting their new hot dog cart at this Saturday's South Street Headhouse District Spring Fest. The Insider talked to HD hancho Keith Garabedian who is saying that the cart will be traveling to various farmers' markets and night markets selling organic dogs with toppings like Detroit-style chili, mustard slaw and house made kimchi along with buffalo chips and Vernor's ginger ale. The cart's flashy graphics come courtesy of friend of Meal Ticket/hot dog historian Hawk Krall.

In HD news tickets are now on sale for the send installment of Hot Diggity University, the regional hot dog intensive that kicked off last week. The next class is happening on May 20th and the theme is Southern dogs. Look forward to a West Virginia dog topped with sweet slaw, a pimento cheese topped dog and well as Memphis and Birmingham style dogs. $45 gets you four dogs, all the beer you can drink and some serious hot dog history. Bloomberg food critic Ryan Sutton is never afraid to speak his mind and today he's tackling the touchy subject of restaurant social media over on his blog, The Bad Deal.

What don't we need from a restaurant's social media feed? According to Sutton (and we totally agree) "RT-ing every single single gosh darn positive guest experience. Social media is about building a sense of community by engaging people. RT-ing every guest compliment isn’t engaging people, it’s just spamming our feeds with a locust plague of mini press releases" As well as the dreaded "crowdsourcing things only a kindergarten teacher would ask: “And what did YOU have for breakfast today?”

So, what does Sutton want from a restaurant's Twitter, Facebook and Instagram feed? Food pics with prices, specials, last minute cancellations and all sorts of other helpful info. Head over to The Bad Deal for Sutton's full assessment of the restaurant biz social media game.

May 1st is the kick off of one of our favorite made up food holidays, the month long celebration that is National Burger Month! In honor of this very real and really important holiday we'll be offering up burger spotlights all month long.

First up we've got some not exactly traditional but totally awesome cheeseburger buns from Cheu Noodle Bar (255 S. 10th St.). Zagat Philly sat down with Cheu chef Ben Puchowitz who said that the buns are somewhere in between an English muffin and a Chinese steamed bun. To celebrate the inaugural day of Burger Month in style we're thinking about heading over to Cheu for a few of these the bite-sized cheeseburger topped off with cheddar, pickle and cilantro.

Jersey dining options are about to get a little more exciting than The Cheesecake Factory and P.F. Chang's. Looks like local farm to tabler Josh Lawler of The Farm and Fisherman (1120 Pine St.) is opening up shop across the Delaware come fall. For The Farm and Fisherman Tavern & Market Lawler plans mixing his seasonally-influenced style of cooking with cozy barroom vibe. Taking over the former Andreotti's Viennese Cafe spot at 1442 Route 70 E. in Cherry Hill, The Farm and Fisherman will seat 100 and be home to a market featuring local produce, fair trade, craft beer, cheeses as well as sustainably raised meats and fish. In the dining room the menu will be comprised of a selection of sharable family-style dishes, small plates and snacks. Drinks-wise be on the look out for small production wines, cocktails and craft brews.

Philly Parks & Rec might not boast Ron Swanson or Tom Haverford on staff but they are doing good by LOVE Park. Today marks the kick off of the LOVE Park Food Vending program, an every Wednesday happening that will bring a rotating cast of food trucks to the park all season long. Trucks are going to serving breakfast and lunch every Wednesday.

Hello friends, just a reminder to clear your lunchtime schedules for tomorrow's Méme fried chicken pop-up at American Sardine Bar (1800 Federal St.). If you haven't already heard David Katz is bringing his legendary $11 fried chicken-biscuit-High Life combo back for a one time only cameo at ASB. Meal Ticket columnist/SPTR/ASB chef Scott Schroeder is collaborating on sides and has the bar stocked with plenty of the Champagne of beers in house for the event. Chicken starts frying at 11 a.m. so get there early.

There's been plenty of speculation about what Marcy Turney and Valerie Safran were going to do with 1234 Locust, the former corner home to Fish. We've just heard that the 13th Street power pair are transforming the space into Little Nonna's, a red sauce-inspired spot serving grandma style Italian-American fare. Decor will be decidedly homey with nonna touches like silk flowers, lace curtains and copper pots. Menu-wise, think Sunday gravy, hand-stretched mozzarella with Liscio's bread, goat milk ricotta stuffed shells and some serious meatballs.

Turney is looking to crowd source recipes via cards on each table for guests to share their siganture dishes.
