The folks promoting the new Colin Farrell vampire remake Fright Night (we're seeing it tonight, shoutout to McLovin and the unique appeal of Toni Collette!) will be canvassing the city tomorrow in a branded food truck, handing out free thematic eats like "Steak Stakes," "Garlic Chips" and "Blood Red Popsicles." You can spot the vehicle in Rittenhouse starting at 10:15 a.m.; it'll then move to JFK Plaza at 3 and finish up its Philly run at McFadden's (461 N. Third St.) at 7:30. Follow the trucks whereabouts via @buzzboPHILLY.

Prepare to love us even more than you already do, as Meal Ticket breaks down Taco Tuesday deals all over Philly for our readers. We've got all your cheesy, meaty, veggie, mahi mahi goodness rolled up nicely for you and ready to serve. And, of course we’re also giving you the deets on what to chug/sip on/throw back with the tortilla-wrapped goodness. Now you can enjoy Tuesday that much more, though beware — your Wednesday morning might not thank you for it. (Note: Some of these are not formal Taco Tuesday deals, but rather good places that happen to serve cheap tacos. Deals marked with an asterisk are available on more days than just Tuesday.)

A little while back we reported that Xochitl (408 S. Second St.) was under new ownership. Right now there's talk about acquiring an outdoor seating license as well as creating a new look for the downstairs lounge, but what we're most excited for right now are the new bites available at the bar. Every night from 5 p.m. to midnight, grab a drink while you feast on four-chile calamar, torta sliders, tacos de suadero and smoked potato taquitos off chef Lucio Palazzo's street food-inspired bar menu. No major changes as far as the drink selection goes, but that's a good thing — $3 draft and half-off margaritas are still available for happy hour (5 to 7 p.m. daily), and again from 10 p.m. to midnight Thursday to Saturday in the lounge. See the full bar menu after the jump.

As pizza freaks, this a happy hour deal you we can get behind — weekdays from 5 to 7 p.m., the recently opened Revolution House (200 Market St.) offers half-price draft beers and three bucks off anything on its pizza menu. The deal's available at the bar only.

Rosé-loving David Katz has designated muggy-ass August as "Rosé Month" at Mémé (2201 Spruce St.) — that means he's offering four Rosés by the glass for just five bucks a pop through the 31st. He's starting with two pure-blooded wines for all the purists — a 100 percent Barbera from Piedmont and a 100 percent Sangiovese from Tuscany — and he's rounding out the foursome with offerings from Spain and France. Katz adds that the $5 glasses will be available at both Thursday fried chicken lunch and Sunday brunch in addition to dinner.

Here’s a reason to extend your mid-week boozing into the wee hours: Jet Wine Bar's (1525 South St.) new Wednesday night happy hour, Turbulence, launches tonight. From 9 p.m. until last call, the bartenders are pouring $5 house wines and cocktails (tonight’s specialty: margaritas on the rocks), and the kitchen is dishing out a handful of small-plate variations.  This week's snackage includes $6 shrimp/cheddar quesadillas and beef empanadas, fresh guac for $8 and housemade potato chips coming in at $3. In addition, DJs are spinning all night, and owner Jill Weber tells Meal Ticket the good times aren’t just here for the summer — "Expect this to run for the rest of the year."

Meal Ticket reader David checks in with this query of the late-minute-dinner-plans variety:

Tomorrow is my birthday and my girlfriend is taking me out tonight. I have never been to Modo Mio and I may be going tonight. Any recommendations? Also, any idea if there are any high end restaurants that just happen to offer a wonderful deal on Tuesday evenings, or just today in particular?

Happy birthday dude! As far as Modo Mio (161 W. Girard Ave.) goes: We can simply recommend you get the $34, four-course "Turista" tasting and stop right there. That's the move. If you see sweetbreads in any derivation, though, get them. Other Tuesday deals? How about $20 "Thali Tuesdays" at Bindi (105 S. 13th St.), or the recently launched Tuesday-night "Dump Dinners" at Oyster House (1516 Sansom St.), where $19 gets you a bucket of shrimp, crabs, mussels and clams with taters, kielbasa and corn?

What other suggestions do y'all have for David? Please leave them in the comments.

Homey Mt. Airy Latin restaurant Avenida (7402 Germantown Ave.) is inviting all to partake in food specials for the remaining "Noches de Verano" — aka summer nights, just not this kind — of the season. From 5 to 10 p.m. every Tuesday through Thursday this summer, be prepared to carry a food baby as you shovel down $5 calamari, quesadillas and crispy tortilla chips with salsa, and don’t forget $5 margaritas, red and white sangrias and $3 beers. Avenida's back patio is a godo place to take advantage of all this dealage, as long as it's not roastin' outside. Bottoms up!

How do you envision this going? On Tuesday, July 19, the very refreshing Honest Tea brand (mmm Black Forest Berry) will set up a completely unmanned "pop-up store" at the northeast corner of Fifth and Market, offering Honest Tea drinks for a dollar a pop — the catch being that customers are on the honor system as far as paying goes. Last year, when the company held the social experiment in seven U.S. cities (not including Philly), America proved to be 87 percent "honest" on average — much higher than you'd think. Boston was the most honest individual city, with 93.3 percent of people paying a buck for their drink, with L.A. ranking as the least honest, with 75 percent. Very curious how Philly will stack up next week.

UPDATE: Not to be cynical, but we've brainstormed a few potential outcomes for this promotion. Multiple choice:

A) Flash mob will kick shit out of Honest Tea, cops will do nothing about it
B) Honest Tea kiosk booted/impounded by the PPA
C) Entire setup on the back of a scrap truck by 2:30pm
D) City Councilman steals cash box to fund reelection campaign
E) All of the above

Local artist, blogger and hot dog connoisseur Hawk Krall, who we most recently wrote about due to his work with South Street's Hot Diggity!, has just notched what is perhaps the ultimate honor for a wiener freak of his caliber — next Wednesday, July 20, he'll man an Oscar Mayer Wienermobile food truck, handing out free hot dogs to the first 1,000 people who show up at South Penn Square at 15th and Market starting at 11:30 in the morning. Krall, also a cook by trade, has dreamt up a number of frank styles he'll be dishing out to all comers, including a PA Dutch pepper hash dog, a Seattle-style dog (butterflied with cream cheese dressing) and a "Perro Colombiano," a bacon-wrapped winner topped with pineapple salsa, crushed chips, avocado, "pink sauce," chimichurri mayo and mustard (that sounds sickkkkkk). See you fools in line.
