No plans for tonight? Don't worry, we've got you covered.

The Collaborative, a nonprofit events org for young Jewish Philadelphians, is hosting a "New to Philly Happy Hour" tonight from 7 to 9 p.m. at Time (1315 Sansom St., 215-985-4800, timerestaurant.net). If you're Jewish, in your 20s or 30s and new to our city, this is a good opportunity to mingle and ask the staff questions about Philly. Oh, also drink specials: $3 draft beers, $5 wine and well drinks. While you're there, check out the grub — from the looks of the menu, you've got some tasty kosher options.
