From the razor-sharp wit and distinct dialogue of Bruce Graham comes a blue collar comedy about a decaying garage in a declining neighborhood. North of the Boulevard introduces audiences to three lifelong friends and a cantankerous old man struggling to make sense of their dead-end lives. They envision peeling matching McDonalds Monopoly game pieces as a means to collect a 401K. Living on pipe dreams, they seek the limitless opportunities lying dormant just over the boulevard. But when a chance event gives the friends the opportunity to get out of their crumbling neighborhood, morality may have to take a backseat to prosperity.

Recently a brand new batch of ‘Fresh Meat’ and transfers joined the ranks of Philadelphia’s finest flat track roller derby skaters, and now they are ready to roll out an exciting lineup of games showcasing the organization’s three competitive travel teams for 2013: The PRG Liberty Belles, Independence Dolls, and Block Party.  
 

Saturday April 13th at the Class of 1923 Arena at Penn, 3130 Walnut Street. Doors open at 5pm, and the first bout starting whistle sounds at 6 pm.
