Broad — took over Sixth and Chestnut’s legendary Down Town Club on the Public Ledger Building’s 11th floor. New cocktail areas and floor renovations are the first phase of reconstruction for Volpe, who’ll have his Down Town Club running by March. The Chicken Dance starts here.
