wack
Sometimes you need to wake up and smell the bacon. So when a representative
from Oscar-Mayer left instructions on the earSHOT answering machine to literally do just that, we wanted to share
the call-to-munch with our readers. Hi this is Linda Joyce calling on behalf of Oscar-Mayer and we
sent some information along, um, about a new product called, uh,
Ready-to-Serve Bacon. It's basically pre-cooked, it's something
you store in the refrigerator and you don't need to cook it or
use a messy skillet to fry it and, um, this is available, actually,
it's rolling out in the Northeast and Pennsylvania and also Ohio.
It should be available now in stores in your area. We're using
it as a test market because bacon is so popular in the Northeast
and in Philadelphia. For some reason it's just a really hot product
there and it sells really well. And we also sent along a photo
and I wanted to let you know that we have interviews available
with someone from the Kraft kitchens that can talk to you a little
bit more about bacon and all the different ways people are using
it. It's? it's? the trend seems to be that people are not just
using it for breakfast anymore; they're eating it as salad toppings
or many different meal ideas. My number is ###. Thanks.
