If you didn't get enough of Jason Chichonski on last night's finale of Top Chef, have no fear. Next week, on Wednesday, February 12th, Cichonski and SPTR/ASB chef Scott Schroeder are teaming up for a collaboration dinner at Ela (627 S. 3rd St.) that's sure to be mucho romantico.
They've teamed up and created a bromantic for the dinner that the duo has dubbed "My Snuggle Bear: A Romantical Evening with Scott Schroeder and Jason Cichonski." (Really guys?) Basically it's a four courser (plus oyster and foie amuse) featuring all sorts of Valentine's Day appropriate plates like black garlic glazed pork cheeks with celery root, celery leaf gremolata, puffed grains and a chocolate cake milk shake with warm chocolate. $50 a head plus a $20 wine pairing is the price tag for this sure to be hilarious dinner.
